
Churchill Brothers, LLC, is elevating construction industry standards for professionalism and workmanship. Rafe Churchill and Seth Churchill began their careers as third generation apprentice carpenters and continue to approach every project as craftsmen deeply invested in the process and product.
Rafe Churchill began working in the construction trade 20 years ago as a carpenter and learned all phases of construction through hands-on experience. He progressed through management positions and excelled at completing projects on time and on budget. In 2005, he formed Churchill Brothers, LLC, with his brother Seth Churchill. His field experience includes building high-end residential homes and estates, as well as commercial building renovations.
Mr. Churchill is also an accomplished architectural designer. His knowledge facilitates communication between Churchill Brothers, the client and the project architect, particularly when interpreting drawings and conceptualizing building details.
Rafe Churchill studied architecture and fine arts at Bennington College, Bennington, VT. He graduated in 1991 and continued his studies as a fellow at the Banff Center for the Arts in Alberta, CA and Cranbrook Academy of Art in Bloomfield Hills, Michigan.
Principal and co-owner Seth Churchill has 20 years of field experience. He is a master carpenter highly skilled in all phases of construction from foundation to finish work. As an integral crewmember, he progressed through the ranks of building construction before becoming a project manager. He too excelled at bringing in projects on time and on budget. A range of his projects includes traditional timber frame, high-end residential interior finish work, historic restorations, and architect-designed residential new construction.
Seth's extensive construction skills enable him to easily delegate to crews and subcontractors. His broad technical knowledge enables him to accurately gauge building costs and conceptualize construction detailing.
Seth Churchill studied structural engineering, cost estimating and construction management. He graduated in 1990 from Southern Maine Technical College in South Portland, ME.
