Born into a legacy of master carpenters, Seth got his start in construction at an early age, training under the senior members of the Churchill family. He began a rigorous formal apprenticeship in high school, joining the family construction crew after school, on weekends and during school breaks. His passion for carpentry led him to Southern Maine Technical College in South Portland, where he studied structural engineering, cost estimating, and construction management before graduating in 1990.

Seths early training yielded proficiency in every aspect of building, from foundation work to finish carpentry. To further refine his skills, he spent years pursuing complex and challenging projects, including dismantling and reassembling antique timber frame barns by hand. His field experience and formal education have made him an impressive project manager and led to the success of Churchill Brothers, LLC.
Seth founded Churchill Brothers determined to provide integrity, responsibility, and most importantly financial transparency. His dedication to being straightforward and honest with his clients translates into an extraordinary ability to complete projects on time and on budget.
